DemolitionOur ReStore Manager visits the site to review items we can accept and prepares a written agreement and for signature by the property owner. He schedules a workday(s). Our ReStore Demolition Team removes acceptable items from the walls, floors and framework of the building to load into our truck. The Habitat ReStore gives a signed Donation Receipt listing all the items received by Habitat for Humanity for IRS purposes. We can schedule further scrapping by contractors who donate to the Habitat ReStore.

Demolition and Deconstruction
The Habitat ReStore Demolition Team works with donors tearing down entire buildings to acquire quality materials to sell in our ReStore. We occasionally remove items from full kitchen or bath remodeling projects.
