Habitat for Humanity Lake County offers everyone the opportunity to donate or purchase new and used building materials. Our 18,000 square foot ReStore accepts donations of good quality new and used building and household materials. We sell tons of great stuff at great prices to raise funds to support our homebuilding program with low-income families.

Look for the ReStore sign on Grand Ave Pass the Salvation Army store and drive to the south end of the lot

Individuals, businesses, stores, vendors, manufacturers, churches, rehabbers, people demolishing buildings, cities, villages, forest preserves, agencies and anyone with quality materials looking for a tax deduction.

Individuals, apartment owners, landlords, investors, handy-men and women, real estate agents, small businesses, churches, crafters, artists and to anyone looking for quality items at great prices!

Volunteer at the ReStore
Do you want to stay in shape, save the environment and help build affordable houses? The ReStore welcomes volunteers for heavy lifting, stair climbing and strength training. Join our Demolition Team , our Pick-up Team , our Customer Assistance Team or our Merchandising Team to spruce up our displays in the store. Half day or full day opportunites are available once a week, once a month or once a year. We also welcome crews of 6-10 for major reorganization days.
