Thrivent Builds

The Lutheran Churches partner through a program of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a fraternal organization building over 300 homes this year nationwide.  They also sponsor homes throughout the world.  Thrivent Financial provides 65% of the cost of the house.  The local Lutheran chapters of Thrivent Financial, and members of the churches raise an additional 10% and Habitat for Humanity supplies the balance through grants.  

The Thrivent Builds program and the Lutheran churches are sponsoring their seventh home in Lake County this year.
